Winterberry Townhouse #2 is a modern and contemporary townhouse, which is a very bright and spacious 3-level, 4 bedroom townhouse with WiFi throughout. Winterberry 2 has just been remodelled and is new to the rental market.

This townhouse offers a very high standard of accommodation and great attention to detail with the customer in mind. It is located in a beautiful wooded area set within close proximity of both the Killington and Pico ski areas both of which are just a few moments drive away. Nearby activities include downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, biking and hiking.

Upon entering this home you leave your skis and gear the large closet in the mud room.

The living room on this level is in a contemporary style with beautiful wood floors and a large stone surround open log burning fireplace. There is a wall mounted 50 inch flat screen Xfinity SMART TV and DVD player which can be viewed from both the living and dining areas. Sliding doors from the dining area lead to the private deck and your own 6 person hot tub with views of both Killington and Pico peaks where you can relax and watch the trails being groomed after a day on the slopes. The spacious dining area seats 10. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances that is a pleasure to cook in. There is also a half bath on this level.

The upper level hosts the master suite consisting of a impressive bedroom with a king sized bed, sofa and Xfinity TV, a personal dressing room and a bathroom suite which includes a large Jacuzzi bath and bidet. Relax in front of the 32inch Xfinity flat screen TV or slip into something more comfortable and relax on the private deck.

On the lower level you will find three further bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a 32inch Xfinity flat screen TV and an ensuite full bathroom with its own access to the deck. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with its own access to a private deck. The fourth bedroom has 2 sets of bunks.
Also on this level is a full family bathroom and a laundry room with washer/dryer.

This is the perfect vacation home for any season.

    Great place. Everything perfect except kitchen could use pots, bowls, etc. Hard to make a dinner for 8 with items supplied. Overall would come back bringing what I know is missing.
