Get ready for an unforgettable day of fatbiking in the heart of Vermont! The Rutland Cold Rolled Fatbike Festival is back on Sunday, March 2nd, 2025 at Pine Hill Park in Rutland, VT, hosted by Mountain Bike Vermont and Pine Hill Partnership, with Fiddlehead Brewing presenting the event.

Event Description

This exciting festival brings together fatbike enthusiasts from across New England and New York for a celebration of cold-rolled singletrack and winter cycling. Whether you're a seasoned rider or a beginner, there’s something for everyone, including guided group rides, self-guided GPS routes, demo bikes, and even a vendor village to check out the latest in biking gear.

The event kicks off at 10:00 AM from the Giorgetti Athletic Complex at the Pine Hill Trailhead (2 Oak Street Extension). After your ride, enjoy a hearty catered lunch at 12:00 PM, provided by the amazing folks at Ranch Camp from Stowe, VT. With limited group rides and groomed trails available, the festival is perfect for all ages and skill levels.

A remote aid station at Rocky Pond will serve as your mid-ride oasis, featuring a bonfire to keep you warm and plenty of refreshments to keep you fueled. You’ll also receive a signed original Cold Roll Rutland artist print as part of your ticket!

The day wraps up at 3:00 PM, but not before a full day of outdoor adventure, community camaraderie, and winter biking fun. Don’t miss your chance to experience one of the best fatbiking festivals in the state!
