Perfectly located just one mile from the Killington Skyship Gondola, three miles from Bear Mountain, and only sixteen miles from Okemo, this property provides quick and easy access to some of Vermont’s best skiing. Pico and Killington Mountain Resorts are just six miles away, and for guests looking to mix in a little adventure, snowmobile tours are conveniently within walking distance.

After a day on the slopes or exploring the area, guests can unwind in the 100-degree outdoor heated pool—open year-round and perfect for après-ski relaxation. In the warmer months, the property is a great launching point to experience scenic mountain hikes, charming small towns, and the stunning beauty of Vermont’s world-famous fall foliage.

This upper-floor unit in Building #3 offers a cozy and functional layout. The bedroom features two full XL beds, a television, a small dining table for two, and an attached full bathroom. In the common area, guests will find a queen sleeper sofa, another television, a small dining nook, and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. A second full bathroom adds comfort and flexibility for families or small groups.
Cedarbrook also features a sitting area with a small library, a fitness room, and complimentary morning coffee served daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the main office. Please note there is no shuttle service provided to or from the property. A security deposit of $150 (authorization hold only) is required upon arrival. This is a non-smoking, pet-free unit.

Fast, courteous check in. Clean, spacious living area and two twin beds in the separate bedroom. Two full bathrooms. Simple kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, fridge and toaster. Plenty of paper products and towels. Not wheelchair accessible. Quiet area with bbq facilities outside by lovely little river.

This Place was very clean & spacious, we had one bedroom with 2 beds & a separate living room with dining table & kitchenette - also had 2 bathrooms ! also extremely quiet & the beds were comfortable!Downside - it does not have a ‚Äúkitchen ‚Äú to cook food - it‚Äôs only a kitchenette, which I did not realize I asked if it had a kitchen & they said YES... it‚Äôs only a mini fridge and sink/ counter space with a micro & toaster, you cannot cook meals or store much food. .. yet it doesn‚Äôt give a free breakfast / not even just a continental breakfast with some pastries .. that was very disappointing to us. Also beware of the crazy cleaning rules ! We only stayed one night so it didn‚Äôt affect us but they have crazy rules about cleaning fees and even fees for extra towels.
