Step out onto the large deck off the dining area, perfect for grilling and enjoying the beautiful backyard. You'll also have exclusive access to a private swimming pond. A cozy full bedroom with an attached half bath completes the main level.
On the lower level, you'll find another comfortable full bedroom, and the master bedroom, featuring a new full bed, a 42-inch TV with streaming access, and an attached bathroom with an oversized tub. We came to Vermont for the Fall foliage and hiking. The home at Hawk's Landing was perfectly located for this and exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Wonderful. Beautiful house with everything one could need. Except we were there during a heat wave and the indoor heat was very difficult to control, especially on windless days. We needed to ask for an extra fan which we received very promptly! I would rent this unique home again but in the wintertime. The architecture of the house is amazing and I'm happy I got to spend time there.

This is the second year we have spent September in the Green Mountains at Hawk Landing. We chose the property because it is pet/cat friendly. The house is spacious and fully furnished with a second floor deck with railings that permits our cats to go outside without being leashed. As long as your driver can negotiate narrow steep gravel roads you will love the location. We play golf throughout Vermont and this property is centrally located making it easy to get to any golf course in a reasonable amount of time. Pittsfield is a quaint little town but close enough to Killington Resort and Rutland to provide a great variety of dining experiences. Vermont breakfasts cannot be beat. We love Vermont in the fall with the changing weather, changing leaf colors and mountain vistas and this property allows us to enjoy it all.
