Conveniently located off Route 4, you’re just minutes away from the renowned Killington Ski Resort, along with its many restaurants, nightclubs, and ski shops.

 

This spacious 2-bedroom plus loft, 2-bath, two-level slopeside condo at Pico Mountain Ski Resort comfortably sleeps 8 guests. The condo boasts a bright and cheerful contemporary design, with cathedral ceilings that enhance the open living area. Large windows and skylights offer stunning views of the mountain, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy cozy evenings by the wood-burning fireplace, or take advantage of the Wi-Fi and the convenience of a washer and dryer located in the unit.

On the main level, you’ll find a welcoming living room featuring a queen sofa bed and a 37” HDTV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, electric stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee pot, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. The dining area comfortably seats 8, perfect for family gatherings. The main level also includes a bedroom with a queen bed and a 24” TV.  as well as a second bedroom with twin beds and a 13” TV, which has an attached shower bathroom. An additional full bathroom is located on this level.

 

The upper level features a cozy loft with 2 twin beds, providing additional sleeping space for your family. Make memories that will last a lifetime at this delightful Pico Mountain condo, where comfort and convenience come together for the ultimate family getaway!

 

Things to keep in Mind:

  • Our property has a no-smoking policy.  No smoking of any kind is allowed.  There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
  • Our property is not pet-friendly.  Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property.
  • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
  • Firewood is provided for your convenience.
  • Access to Sports Center at Pico Resort is available for an extra charge.
  • Ski In/Ski Out is dependent on natural snow.
  • Shuttle service is available, though the times may vary.
  • Pico Mountain is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, except during peak periods (December 25 – January 3; February 18 – 20).

Perfect Family Ski Getaway

We just returned from a week in this perfect ski condo. The unit is a third floor loft/duplex steps away from the lodge and mountain. It is well equipped with cooking equipment (pans, pots, crock pot, blender, good knives, measuring cups/spoons) and we cooked in every night. We loved the nightly fire and well stocked games. The mountain was great for my 7 and 10 year olds who loved to cruise the blues. My husband and I had a few good turns on the upper mountain. We also enjoyed swimming at the fitness center, so don't forget bathing suits. Check in/check out and rental agency was professional and helpful in all aspects. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic experience....family, specifically my daughter , loved staying at Pico due to your efforts. She needed a place for the Summer and was completely satisfied with your location. Easy access to her school (teacher) and fun location for many activities--hiking, boating, shopping, camping...we will hopefully take advanatge of this perfect Vermont Summer Condo in the future.

Other than running out of hot water and a queen-size mattress that may have outlived its usefulness, we had a wonderful time. For most of our stay, it was just the two of us, but when our son and daughter-in-law joined us, the hot water system struggled to keep up. Otherwise, it was a beautiful unit and conveniently located.
