Main Level: The inviting living room features a queen sofa bed, a 50" flat-screen smart TV, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Gather for meals in the dining area that seats eight, or enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. A washer and dryer add to your convenience.
The main level also includes a king bedroom with a 32" TV and VCR, and a queen bedroom that boasts an attached full bathroom with a luxurious whirlpool tub. Upper Level: The upper level features a loft area with a queen sofa bed and WiFi access, providing additional space for relaxation or entertainment.

  • Our property has a no-smoking policy.  No smoking of any kind is allowed.  There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
  • Our property is not pet-friendly.  Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.
  • Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
  • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
  • Notice: Fireplace Status - Please be advised that the fireplace is currently inoperable. We appreciate your understanding and will provide updates when it is functional again. Thank you!
  • The Woods Amenity Center at the condo complex is a short walk away and features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, and spa. The house had just the right amount of space for our trip. It was close to the mountain for skiing and easy to get to. Snow removal was prompt and we especially liked the indoor storage for our skis/snowboards right by the door. We wish they had a few more dishes, pots, and pans as we cooked the whole time due to Covid. Also the carpets were fairly worn. But the place was kept very clean and the staff was extremely friendly.

Nice location and very quiet. Only a couple of steps to enter and can park right in front of door. Big and bright and king bed very comfortable but the other one is not. Large working jacuzzi tub. Old furnishings and the rug has holes from the fireplace. Drapes barely work. Overall a good stay. I rented the day before on a Saturday, and because the rental agency is closed on the weekend, I never got a response. I had to really work to track down someone to help complete this check in.

The Woods Resort is the best place in VT for a fall vacation condo rental! V17 is not a luxury rental, but for the rental fee it is the best bargain at TheWoods Resort.

Perfect place for a ski trip

We came to VT for a ski trip with 6 total people. This place was perfect because we wanted to be able to cook, an area for all of us to hangout and a hot tub was a must. It provided all these amenities and more.
