The condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee pot, extending into a cozy dining area that seats four.
The spacious living room invites you to relax by the wood-burning fireplace while enjoying the 32" flat-screen TV. With sliders leading to your private deck, you can soak in the mountain views and fresh air.
Two inviting bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations: the master bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds. The condo also includes an entryway/mudroom for storing your ski equipment and two full bathrooms for added convenience. Plus, a washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience.

Things to keep in Mind:

  • Our property has a no-smoking policy.  No smoking of any kind is allowed.  There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
  • Our property is not pet-friendly.  Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.
  • Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
  • Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.
  • Ski In/Ski Out trail is dependent on natural snow.
  • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
  • Sunrise Commons & Sports Center hours vary depending on the Season.  Please check their site for updated operating hours https://sunrisevt.com/home/sunrise-commons/

Quiet and Peaceful Summer Stay

My wife and I very much enjoyed the mountain-side condo which was just what we needed. A bit higher up on the mountain than we needed to be but great views. The weather during our stay was unusually cool so we made good use of the fireplace. We would definitely stay there again.
