Charity’s 1887 Restaurant and Saloon, dogs are welcome at Charity’s. Although the building itself wasn’t built until 1971, the antique bar inside was constructed in 1887, hence the name! On the menu at Charity’s, you’ll discover lots of modern bar food, including nachos supreme: tortilla chips topped with Charity’s chili, jalapenos, scallions, guacamole, black olives, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and tomatoes. Charity’s 1887 Restaurant and Saloon is open Monday through Thursday from 3 pm to 2 am and Friday through Sunday from 12 pm to 2 am.

Lookout Tavern
The Lookout Tavern, located in Killington, VT, is a casual bar and eatery that serves up a variety of delicious fares. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start off with a cold drink and an order of the Nachos Grande topped with refried beans, diced tomatoes, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, and homemade guacamole. Next, chow down on the Chipotle Chicken Wrap with cajun grilled chicken, baby greens, pico de gallo, cheddar, and chipotle ranch in a tomato wrap. Or go for the Beer-Battered Fish and Chips served with coleslaw. The Lookout Tavern is open Saturday through Thursday from 12 pm to 10 pm, and Friday from 12 pm to 12 am.

Killington’s Deli and Marketplace has two pet-friendly picnic tables. Although they are locally renowned for their specialty sandwiches named after local establishments, they also offer homemade hot soups, chowders, chili, meatballs, Italian sausage, peppers, and onions. One of the signature sandwiches available is the Killington Peak Lodge sandwich, also known as the K-Town Mac, stuffed with homemade meatloaf, melted American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and Russian dressing on ciabatta. If you don’t like the look of any of their sandwiches, you can create your own from the long list of Boar’s Head meats, cheeses, and condiments. Killington’s Deli is open every day of the week from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm.
