1. Jax Food & Games

Last month, we highlighted Jax Food & Games as one of Killington’s best summer bars. That’s because they offer literally everything you could want.
Their menu features delicious burgers and wings, as well as tacos, loaded tots, and more. The drink selection ranges from local craft brews to classic cocktails. And when it comes to entertainment, they have you covered with live music multiple nights a week, arcade and board games, pool tables, and TVs so you can keep up with your home team.
Located on the access road, just a couple of miles from the Killington Resort, it’s a place you’re sure to feel at home when you visit.
2. Sushi Yoshi
Celebrating a special occasion on your vacation? As Killington’s only hibachi restaurant, Sushi Yoshi delivers dinner with flair and fun. Plus, they’re home to Killington’s only Vermont Craft Beer Garden! With more than 20 local beers on draft, you can sip your way through the state without ever leaving your table.

Closing Bars
After 30 years, local mainstay Mogul’s Sports Pub announced on Facebook in late July that it has sold to Killington Mountain School. Owners Sal and Maggie said it was the hardest decision they’ve ever made, but they leave behind a legacy of incredible memories the Killington community will cherish.
In purchasing the property, the Killington Mountain School will be able to expand its efforts and grow its offerings, continuing to foster the ski industry in town.
Seasonal Re-Openings in September
Many bars in Killington are seasonal, opening in late fall or in the winter with the start of the ski season. One of the earliest reopenings of a seasonal bar is the Pickle Barrel, located next door to Jax Food & Games!
